All -

I posted this over on BNO a couple of days ago, but thought I'd also post it here, for those who don't frequent Ian's BBS.

My thanks to Marty on the Yahoo Flxible bbs for this link:

http://www.meritorhvs.com/lodsearch_i.aspx

After it comes up, type in SP0600 (SP zero six zero zero) in the search box in the middle of the page (below where it says "Literature on Demand"), then follow the link to download the document in .pdf format. It's about 14Mg, so it will take a little while, depending on your internet connection.

OK, so what is this? It's the Gabriel Shock Absorber catalog for heavy duty equipment. Lists not only by make/model, but has cross-over references from the OEM number, too. Now you can head down to your friendly parts source armed with the correct number for your coach, be it front, rear or tags.  Also, if you don't want to use Gabriels, then you'll at least have the Gabriel number to cross-reference to Monroe, Koni, etc.

What a shock, eh?

Thanks RJ,
That's a lot to digest on a  dialup, but I'm faving it for that future day when it becomes really valuable LOL, Good info when dealing with these backwoods parts suppliers that look at you crosseyed when you tell them it's for a Prevost. Can only imagine what kind of a look I would get if I said it was for an MCI or Setra (probably get parts for a Nissan Sentra LOL, no offense BK) Will
