I'm going to try to attach a link to the news story.  http://www.wcti12.com/MediaStation.asp?VIDREF=mms%3A%2F%2F208%2E180%2E34%2E252%2FNewsFeatures%2Ffeat120%2Ewmv.   If that doesn't work, go to WCTI12.com.  Only the driver of the third bus was seriously injured.

It was on a stretch of US 17 a few miles from Camp Lejune that is still only 2 lanes.  The news story indicated that the third bus had time to stop but just didn't until too late.

I so thankful that there were medically trained marines and Navy on the buses because they were in an area that doesn't have Paramedic level EMS.  Say a pray for our Marines.

What brand are these coaches?

From all the photos I've seen on the three links you've provided, they're all MCIs.

Always hate to see bus accidents - the drive-by media goes nuts, often not getting the facts correct.

Glad it wasn't worse.

Bigger lesson here - DON'T TAILGATE!!
