You can also buy at your neighborhood box store a very similar product that works well.

It also is a rubberized roof coating, that's what I used on mine. You can get in 5 gallon pails.

I'm assuming that you guys are talking about putting this stuff on the outside. I bought some stuff but have yet to put in on and I'm wondering if I should put on both inside and outside while I have no interior ceiling installed?

I also have leaks where the roof meets the fiberglass sides. The seams had sealer put on when the P.O did the job but I still have leaks. I was thinking of putting sealer along the seam line inside and then coating with that rubberized stuff over that.

Think that'll work?

An excellent lap cement and sealer I've used for a number of years both on
our 5th wheel and now our 4104 is Dicor.  It doesn't harden and remains quite
flexible.  We had some major leaks on the 5th wheel, sealed them and five years
later when we sold it, still no leaks.  I also use it on our '04, I've sealed several
aluminum patches that haven't leaked yet (3 years).  I try to track down the
leak rather than take the shot gun approach, it just takes time and a whole lot
of patience.

Paladin, I'm sure you could put it on the inside. This is what I did, I sprayed black undercoating on the interior of my roof. Thought it would help with any moisture from condensation. I'm sure you could buy it bulk and spray it with a conventional sprayer.

I am also a fan of Dicor. :)  The only other thing i use is construction grade RTV #308 silicone made by C R Laurance  ( spelling? ). Been real happy with both of them.
Used to own a 1968 MCI 5A and a 1977 5C.

If you only seal the inside, You will possibly still have a leak from the outside. Not good, Because water can then get down into the walls and so forth.

Seal up the outside first, make sure it's sealed then coat the inside.

Kool Seal works just fine even if it isn't pretty later on.

If you want something to work in paste form on the inside, There is a poly-tar like roof sealer
that works for squeezing into inside seams and once dry will last forever. It is messy but works!

I too am a fan of dicor.  Great stuff.  Very difficult to get off your hands and tools, but it seals well and permanently.
