Mark,

Does the C felt seal fit into the stationary frame or on the sliding panel?

The C shaped seal is not really felt, but rubber around metal with a cloth covering.

Now that I took a real good look at things, there are some other rubber seals that I will need if I was to totally restore this window.

Note that the green tint is darker on top and gets lighter towards the bottom.  And that pane of glass is heavy!

Our 01 Eagle has very similar green tint. I really notice it when the blinds are down, giving a white background. I think it looks kinda neat. Darker at the top, lighter at the bottom.

Good Luck on restoring yours!

Mark,

Thanks. The cloth covering must be original. When you said felt I didn't even think about cloth covering.

I didn't really think my vertical black rubber seal is original, I think they are after market. My originals are white but are so old they are in chunky sections and come off in chunks. I'm guessing they were originally covered by cloth.

My tinted glass is of all different shades but only one shade per glass, not variegated shades like the photo. I'm pretty sure a lot of my windows have been replaced, one set is in backwards with the vertical seal outside and another one doesn't  line up the latch and catch!
