Howdy ya'll we are having trouble locating any replacement bags for a '99 MCI Renaissance.
We have tried several connections, including MCI directly, however everyone says they are on back order due to MCI's bankruptcy situation. We replaced one and need to replaced at least 2 more. Plus if they are gonna be hard to get in the future we'd like to stock a couple. ;D  BK  ;D

Have you tried Mohawk or Muncie?  Both can cross over MCI's part numbers.

Luke & his crew, too, might be able to help. . .  Or C&J up in MN. . .

If that supply problem is becoming well known, you're doomed, fleets that have 'em won't give them up...

There's a border between us, which means broker fees. I'll check here, you want two?

What's the MCI price, cuz I'll have to buy 'em cash on the barrel head right quick before someone makes that phone call and finds out....

happy coaching!

Thanks to all! I will get the #'s and post them. Also MCI is the ones who told us ofthe shortage, and that they were even having trouble getting them from Canada. Will find out what I can and post it tomorrow! (or ASAP!)  ;D  BK  ;D

Go to the Firestone air bag site and look up your bus.  I easily found my 8 air bags for my '77 AMGeneral on that site.  Good Luck, TomC

Here's a link to Firestone's site that TomC mentioned:

You've got to have an MCI part number for it to work. . . and if you can get a cross-reference from MCI to Firestone, then here's another suggestion:

Armed with the Firestone number, you should be able get a cross-reference to a Goodyear number, but maybe not online.

Here's a link to Goodyear bus air spring distributors - I'd call Mohawk first to try and get the Goodyear cross-over, and if they don't have the bellows, well, now you've got three part numbers (OEM, Firestone & Goodyear) that you can call the others to hopefully find what you need.  Who knows, maybe the Prevost parts center in White's Creek TN might just have them!
