Just happen to have a complete E model steerable tag on hand if anyone is interested!  It works off of hydro supplied from the front axle and an accumulator. Very slick - only turns when the front axle is turned more than 5`. No need for anything when backing up - all automatic. By the way -- the front and tag axle are interchangable on an MCI "E"
Started with nothing - still have most of it left!
