New to having a toad, I learned a little tidbit that I did not see on Garys list,

before you turn the key from the on position back to the unlocked position, set the fresh air intake on the hvac to recirc.  When you get to your destination, it doesn't seem like you've had a Detroit Diesel Air Freshener in there the whole time .

DUH!  Guess that's why post-towing, sometimes our car smell worse than other times.  Well, I learned something today.  Thanks for the ionformation John.   Jack
