My wife had a HR conference in San Diego so I tagged along for the free hotel room ;) I had been interested in furniture from a source near here, so I dragged my wife along to look at what they had to offer. We ended up ordering everything we needed for the bus.

On another bus related note, I met H3jim yesterday and took a look at his bus. He did some things very similar to the way I am intending to do them, which only proves that great minds think alike. :D I thought I was really special with the tall bays that a Setra has, however the H3's are about 10" taller under the tunnel.

I did offer to cut a hole in the side of his bus, my offer was politely declined. If you are ever near San Diego and want to see a very nice conversion nearing the home stretch, Jim is a very hospitable guy and knows where the best local restaurants are.

Also, I have changed the picture in my profile because Jim said I look nothing like Bruce Campbell, this is what I look like when I drop a bus part on my toe.

Hey Paul,

Thanks for the appreciations!  Maria and had a great time with you and Sarah too.  I'm sorry I didn't have more time, the family is here in full force and I have been playing chef.  Some of the kids when they were not in the pool were down the hill by the bus and barking at the nieghbors' dogs.  :o)

Lots in common, too bad we are not closer.

Great new picture, although I bet no one else knew the first one was not you.

When do you take delivery of your new furniture?
