Hey ya'll I'm in deep do-do here! I had a bad air charge cooler (air to air cooler), replaced it. Found out turbo had also gone south! Got old turbo off, finally found "correct" new one. Went to put new turbo on, found manifold cracked in at least 3 places! Found and got new manifold. Got new manifold on, then remembered during all this I didn't think to ask anyone what the torque specs were (I still haven't gotten a manual yet! ......... Yeah ya I know Da book, da book , da book!)
So here I am on 4th of July trying to find out what the manifold and turbo bolts should be torqued too! I need to finish this bus up by noon tomorrow so I can take off for GA to spot as relief driver on the way to FL! Any help will be appreciated GREATLY!!! ;D  BK  ;D

Thanks Dallas,
I googled and that's all I could find too! Unfortunately it's not an "EGR" engine. But I may go with those #'s anyway. But I'm still at a loss for the actual turbo nuts. I did find that the turbo studs are supposed to be 15-18 ft lbs. But nothing on the nuts, that go on them! Thanks again, and I may just use those #'s and go with it! ;D  BK  ;D

I called Bryce and got him taken care of.  My 1996 Series 60 service manual (predates EGR engines) shows the same 43-54 ft lbs as the EGR engine.  The turbo locknuts also are the same 43-54 ft lbs.

I was surprised I could find the CDROM with the manual on it.  I should put it in the bus where I might need it.

Bryce, there are guys selling these CDs on Ebay all the time for $20 or so.

Thank you very much Brian! Yes it was Belfert to the rescue! Very much appreciated indeed! Now that "lunch break" is over and I have the needed info I'm off to work again! Thanks again Dallas & Brian! ;D  BK  ;D
