We do it all the time - rent a ride on ditch witch with a 5 foot arm to run your line - you can hire someone to set the tank, pump and wire electric and warning alarm/light for probably $1200.00 - still cheaper than buying clean fill and compacting it sufficient for construction (you need to fill a few feet further than the drip line and grade with a mild pitch to the toe of the slope - lotsa fill) - JMO
