Toad-- Saturn L-300 Wagon

Ahoy, Bus Folk,

I'd appreciate some comments on the suitability of a Saturn L300 Wagon as a toad.   Say ~~ 2001-2005 species.   I understand that the ones with an automatic transmission are OK to flat tow.  Do they tow OK without steering / tracking fault?  Are they an OK vehicle in terms of reliability etc   They look just fine.
