I finally broke down after several months of thinking about it and bought myself a Kreg master pocket hole system. Gumpys thread of a few months ago got me thinking about them, I'd never heard of them before then.
Reference thread for others who haven't heard of them: http://www.busconversions.com/bbs/index.php?topic=6141.0

I'm a tad ahead of myself in buying it since I'm not quite ready for it yet, at least for use on the bus but I figure I'll have a little time to play with it trying it out for other projects. Does anyone have recommendations on what extra accessories or supplies I might want to look into? Any hints on extra uses or tips on using it?
Also, does anyone happen to have one of those dvd's on the Kreg tools that I could rent or borrow just for giggles?

I gotta say that my tool boxes have grown a little in the recent past because of the beast and I'm learning new things about buses and new tools etc almost daily!

Dave,

For many people a bus is the tried and true path to a whole new world full of tools!

"Honey? I need a new table saw."
"Sweety? I need a new valve spring compressor."

What? of course I do... it's for the bus!

Yep, the bus is the best excuse I've ever found for acquiring tools!

Kreg jig is cool. You can build you cabinets with it, and you can mount your interior walls to the floor, ceiling and bus walls with it. Make sure you have a good selection of various length screws, in both coarse and fine. A box of each is a good way to start.

the kreg tool is great, you will find many uses for it on the bus, i do reccomend that you buy at least one  dvd on its use , they are only $10-15, but they will give you many hints.
