Greetings and felicitations,

Does anyone know of a September rally situated in central or maybe sort of eastern U.S.?  I keep hoping BK will get one going. :)  I need to get the wife to some rallies so we can get some ideas in case I screw up and finally get a bus.  LOL

Both GLCC Great Lakes Converted Coach and CCO Converted Coach Owners are in the middle areas. Michigan/Ohio/Ontario/Indiana sort of areas.

Someone has run off with my newsletters.....otherwise, I'd post the missing details. Check the other part of this site that has the calendar

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride

why are the rallies always in the east or west? Why is there nothing in the central part of the country? Okla is a great place to have a rally with lots of lakes, Texas has the gulf and more. Arkansas is beautiful.. To far to go east or west to the same places.....

BJ,

Never Fear!
Busted Knuckle, Cat and I will be setting up a little whoop-dee-do at Union City, Tn., some time in September or October.

Union City isn't too far from Arkansas, Kentucky or Missouri.

We'll get more details out to everyone as soon as we see what we have to work with and figure out about how many want to attend.

BJ, do like Dallas and I did in T'ville.  Take the bull by the horns and plan your own rally.  They are lots of work but worth every minute.  If you don't want to plan it, find someone in your area that has a bus and see if you can talk them into it.  Cat

Dreamscape, myself & a few others have been kickin' around the idea of hosting the "Texas Bus Roundup" in the early fall (October??). ;D  Not sure of the location yet  ??? ....north central Texas and central Texas (hill country) have been discussed.  It will not be limited to Texas busnuts.....that's why north central Texas may be better for the OK, KS, etc busnuts that plan to attend.  Let us know if you are interested in attending.  Stay tuned!!!  :D

To All,

I have a place picked out, Hickory Creek Campground. Check it out and see what you think. I agree on north central Dallas, would draw folk from KY and so forth. I am going to call them on Monday, they have a group site for 20 coaches. Was thinkin Sep. 13-16, 2007. What do you think?
And yes it is called "Texas Bus Roundup 2007. We have 16 coaches ready to rock and roll.
Let me know if you are interested. I will send out details after I contact Hickory Creek.

I guess I've got to dig out the dictionary again Frank, everytime you use those 50 dollar words I've got to take out a loan to find out what they mean lol.

All I have to say is that it is too copious for my comprehension.
