Question about Dash in BC May Featured Bus

I got "dash envy".  :(   In the lower RH corner of page 41,  May edition of BC Mag, there's a picture of Dave Thaler's fine looking dash.   
Anyone know what who made the dash and what it was designed to fit?
It doesn't look like an R&M MC9 dash.   
Dave, you you out there somewhere? 
I like that smooth paintable side look too.
