Well it's about time to start doing some real work on my bus. It's a 77 MCI MC8.
The whole front is off, cap-windshield-skin-dash-seat-floor-door. Now I need to
move the bus 60 feet straight forard. I have it blocked up so I can get under it.
Is there some way to release the brakes so I can push it forward. Air is all out up
front and all elec. is out up front. I have some nice chocks to stop it from moviing
but I need to manualy release the brakes so I can push it.
Any help would be appreciated thanks

Ray,

Oh my the usual is to air up from "an external source by applying air to the valve located in the front left side compartment"

Since you state the air is removed from the front it might be easier to to put the air back together enough to use than to back off all the brake
air cans and then readjust.   Please be very careful even if the bus is blocked up there is probably at least one tire still on the ground with the brake
holding. Unless you are on absolutely level ground there are dangers of the bus moving off of the blocks when there is no braking action.

But then you could have the whole bus off the ground and moving wouldn't be an issue until you started removing the blocks.

Good luck and do be careful please
