Hello all,

We have been so busy with tax season that I haven't been here in ages.

I want to change oil in my rig and made poor notes, so maybe you can help me remember,  The way they are spun on I can't see numbers. 🤕 I have several filter numbers written down, but can't remember -- are the filters different or are they 2 of the same?

I guess while we're at it, what are your preferences of filters?  Right now they are Balwins.

Thanks a million for the help,

Seb

Cross the Wix 51971 over to Balwin ,all major brands are good .I use Napa Gold and Fleetguard for connivence mostly because they easy to get here local.Use a marker and write all the filter numbers inside a door and you will always have the numbers papers get lost doors don't  :^

That's a good idea.  Somewhere I did write it down, but I can't find it, so write it on the door I won't lose it a day later.

Thanks

I right the mileage and date's for oil changes and transmission changes as well as rear end fluid and the fuel filters and air filter on the inside of my left engine door . so it is right there when I look at the engine

plus all the #'s for all the filters oil, fuel , trans , air

makes it easy and sharpies markers are cheap  I back it up on my log book as well as my computer
