Troubleshooting door lock paw

Trying to figure out why my door lock pawl is not working on my 81 MC9. Does anyone have a drawing? I know if i move the red lever under the dash, it should draw the door in and it doesn't.  Thanks.

Open up the face of the dash and locate and confirm the microswitches that touch the door mechanicals to activate the pneumatic claw.

The red knob valve under the dash is not for normal operations.
