So in reality then I guess this is about as confusing as the oil then huh. I mean why would anyone want it to be simple right? So as near as I can tell what it's called doesn't help, what color it is doesn't help, where you get it doesn't help unless you happen across a Detroit Diesel place, it has a secret code nobody remembers, and if you get it wrong it will destroy your engine. That about right?

The trailer dealer is an unlikely candidate for engine fluids for the prime mover, but they do have reefer engines...?

I went by the Freightliner shop and bought a six pack of PowerCool. Added that to the transfer tank, pumped a gallon or two up to the top, sight window is in the middle, nice clear red color and the transfer tank is full. 76 bucks, money well spent.

It now starts and runs just fine.

I appreciate the comments and help. I think I will stick with the PowerCool.
