I've always wanted to install a steering stabilizer to my MCI9 Bus/RV (safety for blowouts) but could not find anyone selling the mounting hardware. So, I made my own with 3/8" steel plates and worked out pretty nice. I used ROADMASTER RSSA stabilizer unit.
Cost; $80 for plates, bolts, nuts, paint, 2- drill bits and 6 metal cutting discs.
First I made patterns out of 3/8 plywood plywood. I mounted and bolted it  1.) to the end bolts of the cross bar 2.) made another mounting plate for the steering rod with (4 u bolts). I then located where the best location for the mounting bolts for the steering stabilizer. I located the stabilizer between the cross bar and the steering rod just clearing the air drier canister.
Finally I fine tuned the centering (steering) at the empty mall parking lot by moving the steering rod mounting plate.
In the end nothing maters but your soul
