Same thing with China agreement. Over the weeks and months, news reports, yes, no, yes, no, soon, later good progress, no progress...till He actually announces a deal, it is all noise.

Ok back to the point, -2 in Flagstaff, but I-40 And US66 are clear. Las Vegas is into the hi 60s this week, LA is in the 70s, had a great tour of the Peterson Auto museum, just not enough thunderbirds.
