Bus theft and recovery

Haven't been hit by lightning yet.

Perhaps that is surprising. 

To answer questions, the bus is automatic (I would have preferred a manual) and it's in the Bay Area, around SF.

My MC5 was originally a SF bus, I'm glad I saved it from there. It sounds like that place is more and more like Europe- extorsionate housing prices, no space, high taxes, and higher crime...
