Early 60s GMC 4106/4104 "African Queen" pulling a Kia Soul

I'm headed out west and stopped over in Montana right now at a rest area- I just entered the state from ND on the I94.

I just spotted this same era GMC 4106 bus conversion "3 doors down" from where I'm sleeping tonight. "African Queen". They seem to be a Star Wars fan. This had the transverse mounted 8v71.
Does this belong to anyone here? Like mine,it's registered in Minnesota but pulling a KIA Soul as a Toad.
