I am still trying to find someone who has parts for an MCI 102 series (especially 102A3).  I need everything from bay doors to mirrors and smaller parts - but most importantly I'm trying to find a voltage regulator.

I'm kind of surprised that there doesn't seem to be anyone parting at least one of these out somewhere.  I've never understood why some of these old buses don't end up in parts junkyards...

Anyways, I'll be in the South (New Orleans) and driving through Texas up to the Bay Area in August, though can ship as well.

The voltage regulator is the same on all the older 24 volt buses.  You can get rebuild kits for them or buy a solid state unit.  If you want used call Centeral Florida Bus in Lakeland or Luke.

Sorry about the late reply, didn't have notifications turned on.

We are in SF or somewhere along the West Coast these days, looking for land to create another fort of sorts.  It's a difficult area to be looking for land, but we have a few possibilities.

Good stuff :) keep us updated
