Has anyone come up with a good method of covering the openings where the windows once were after you have removed them?

I keep putting up a piece of tarp and it works but once I take all the windows out this might be a bit much. I was thinking about putting some scrap OSB up with a couple screws and covering one side with a tarp.

I am looking for a simple and cost effective solution to install once all the windows are out. It would be very nice if it were easily taken on and off in order to open up for some ventilation. If all goes according to plan I will take the windows out and re-skin shortly there after so there will not be much of a need for covering, but as a back up I would like a plan.

Thanks for any suggestions!
