Rally Food Arcadia

PLEASE if you are coming to the Arcadia Rally, . Please let us know, we need commitments to order the food, We can not order food ahead it we don't know how many are coming,Many of you know, but many don't know, this rally is operated by my wife and I, not by some club or committee, we have a few loyal sponsors and that's it, My wife does all the paper work along with almost all the begging to get goodies for the  Goodie bags,We always seem to have a lot of door prizes, 90% are  NOT donated My wife and i shop for closeout deals all year long accumulating what ever we can, cleaning organizing and soliciting,  Just the two of us,  We also supply and pay for the insurance coverage for the rally from one of our own companies, SO I really don't think Its too much to ask if you are coming, just contact us so we can move on, when I come across a bus nut, they say  WELL YOU KNOW WE ARE COMING<  WE ALWAYS COME,  that's great but I cannot order food because you may show up,  and as most of you know we don't have junk Food, This new years dinner is probably going to be  Steak Tips and Steamed shrimp.  Let us know  Its your rally  We are just the two dumb enough to  raise their hands..

I'm not coming gotta work but wanted to say thanks to u and yours for all the time and hard work put into the rally I hold vintage camper rallies here sometimes and it's a lot more work than folks think it is so thanks again
