Has anyone purchased the Safe T plus steering system for the mic 9 ? If so can you let me know the model number and any other details? Also did you notice a big difference ?

Thanks Grant

The cheapest place I found the blue #230 unit was here > http://www.pplmotorhomes.com/parts/steering-rv-wheel-covers.htm

The Blue Ox tru/center is supposed to be a better unit,I have never used 1 but people I know with 45ft Rv's love it

From what I was told they work in the same way but the Blue Ox tru/center has the added feature of a electric bypass valve that lets you center ( or bias ) the steering.

This can be useful where roads have a high crown or there is a constant crosswind that you want to "Tune" out.

To get the tuning ability on the Safe-T-Steer you have to add a "Trim" unit to one end and it brings the total cost up to that of the Blue Ox tru/center.

I have never used a Blue Ox tru/center but they look nice! I was just able to find a lot more reviews on the Safe-T-Steer and having owned one that is all I knew. The Blue Ox tru/center may be a better unit.
