Went to an auction in Michigan today that had two buses.   One was a 1989 Eagle with a 8V92 and used as an office for lawyers.   Reserve was $27,500.00 and no bids.   Other was a MCI MC9 I think, with no title and a 8V71.   Painted bright red and gutted but couldn't even get a $1000.00 bid.   Eagle ran but something in or attached to the engine was noisey.   They didn't even try to start the MCI.

Eagle was overpriced for office conversion in my opinion. Auctions for buses are scary ventures. Seriously. I bought our perfectly running 9 for $7,000. With a known history, test drives etc. I can't imagine paying more for a bus practically sight unseen.
