Hi All, happy new year, I've  been looking all over for the smaller old style round furnace vent registers, for my newly installed old subarban furnaces, all the RV places in LV have the new style, with hidden screws, which are larger, and bigger than the the traditional 4" vent hose used in all previous furnace vent applications. The old style is called a "rotaire", has exposed screw holes and fit all old 4" vent hoses and regular dryer vent hose still sold at home depot. D&W is the manufacturer,  in Indiana,  here is what I  found & ordered, http://www.dwincorp.com/categories/2/Rotaires-Heat-Outlet-Vents[/url]     lvmci...

Make sure you get the one with the damper in it so to balance out the air flow since typically the air blows harder and hotter closer to the furnace. Good Luck, TomC

Hi Tom, did that for the bathroom and living room furnaces, but living room vents are within inches of the furnance,  by design, heats quicker, free flowing of heated air to the distance of the livingroom, no back pressure from long vent tube, tom, lvmci...
