Hi new to the Bus Conversions, I'm looking at a 1977 Eagle it has a new overhauled 8V71 with standard trans. I was a church bus at one time? I under stand it has springs instead of air bags, my friend said it may be a problem price is right but 2000 miles away from me. So what are your thoughts? Thanks, Jonboy

   Make darn sure it isn't a rust bucket or worn out suspension a n d or drive train (other than engine). You can easily sink mega bucks into one of these to make it right.

Welcome to the madness jonboy! I'm not knowledgeable when it comes to Eagles, or much of anything really. But if it's a bus you want, there is no substitute. Good luck to ya,
