Our feature article this month is Prevost XL Gone Country.  It is a story about Dale Houston's tour bus which was originally owned by Brooks and Dunn.  Dale obtained the idea of traveling by bus from Merle Haggard who owned an MCI tour bus.  Dale's first bus was an Eagle Model 15-45 which had previously belonged to George Strait.  Dale's current bus is a very beautiful Prevost as you can see in this month's issue.

Looks like your feature bus was involved in an accident. In the video Dale said the bus was being leased to Shenandoah. Went to their site and found  the story of the accident, pretty scary. http://www.shenandoahband.com/

The accident happened with their coach. That is why they were using Dale's bus.

It was pretty scary! I was actually with them when it happened, but Eric is right. It was not my bus. The truck was pulling a homemade fuel tank trailer and it actually blew up right beside us! Just outside of the bunk where I was sleeping on the street side of the bus. Greg did a great job steering us through that inferno. The State Patrol told us all we needed to thank God because we were inches away from being dead!
