I have officially caught the bus bug! I know there is somebody out there in forum that is trying to track down ol GMC 4104's. I just purchased number 4787 from a nice old couple in Yuma AZ. It has been converted but needs some work, and will forever need work as long as it rolls. I'm quickly realizing maintenance is a full time job. She runs great and any information or history anybody has would be greatly appreciated.

Is costalotta the name on the bus?  If so, i have seen that bus many times during the winters. Looked like maybe it hadn't been moved for awhile?

FYI, PD4104-4787 was part of a 84-bus order for Western Greyhound Lines, HQ'd in San Francisco, CA.  This order was delivered between May and July of 1960, and your coach's original fleet number was P-7614.

Thanks guys, And yes Ed costalotta is the name of the bus and it hadn't been moved for about three years. Fired right up though when I took it for a test drive.

RJ thanks for the history.
