Fuel Pro fuel filter

Recently installed the see-through Fleetguard Fuel Pro Series 230 filter on the 8v92 TA.
Big improvement over the standard two spin-on filter operation that came standard.         
      Time to change the Fuel Pro filter element. I see from the Fleetguard website that there are several choices for the filter element, ranging from 2 microns, through 7, 10, 25, and even 50 microns.
     Which filter rating is recommended for our type of use?

DD says nothing above 12 but most use the alternate 5 microns for the 8v92 per DD

Thanks Cilfford. Is that 5 micron flilter a Fleetguard Fuel Pro, or some other brand?
