As long as your Diesel engine doesn't have a Diesel particulate filter on it, you'll be fine. I believe that isn't an issue unless you have a 2007 or later Diesel. You can plug that DPF really fast with lube and they are not cheap to replace. I notice a quieter smoother running engine and better MPG'S on all my Diesels. I figured the cost of the cheap 2cycle oil at 1qt to 50gal only costs me .06 cents a gallon more. With the mileage I gain from adding, it more than pays for it. But my main reasoning is for my injection system.

Thanks, Clifford. If that ever happens can we usually (I know there are variables) limp a little ways or does it need to be shut down right away?

I would caution that bio-diesel produced and distributed by a major fuel corporation with national distribution is probably a different product than used fryer oil spun through a filter...   ;)
