anyone know what this part might be?

I have an 88 MCI 102-3 with a 692 dedc III engine mounted directly back of the computer. There is some sort of a vacuum valve with a vacuum line coming off the housing right below the turbocharger outlet.There is a plug on it, with 3 wires and I don't know exactly what it is. The vacuum line is broken off of it. Need to order one, but don't have a clue. Thanks fo r any help.
