Kellie Varga

Hello.  My name is Kellie and I have agreed to help Mike get this magazine back up and running.  I have had the pleasure of reading your submissions and even some of the responses to my emails I have sent back.  I can see that a lot of you enjoy reading the magazine and just want to know what is going on.  As of right now, I am gathering the articles, pictures, etc for the anniversary issue that is already a little late, so I have no time to waste.  Part of the reason is the cost or printing and postage, so please bear with me.  If any of you would like to submit pictures of your bus conversion (who knows it might even make the centerfold) or maybe some information that you think might interest or benefit other bus conversion enthusiasts, please send me an email or reply to this post.  Just know that we are going to get this magazine back on track as soon as possible.  As soon as I know the exact date it will be going out, I will post it.  If anyone has any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.  I am going through a lot of emails right now, but I will get back to you as soon as possible.  My email is kellie@hwybus.com or you can contact me at the shop.  Thank you in advanced for your patience and cooperation.

Kudo's to you Kellie!

Lack of communication has been a major source of frustration for many subscribers & members.
Glad to hear things are looking up!
Best of luck.

Hello Kellie!

In order to restore our thoroughly broken trust...

Publish regularly, honoring the missing volumes to existing BCM subscribers.

And establish the same financial terms that the advertisers enjoy:

We all pay when the magazine goes out. And don't until it does.

The advertisers have no risk in associating with HWYBUS/BCM, they don't pay until the service is delivered.

You aren't assuming that your readers don't know that the advertisers pay as they go?

I would be happy to subscribe again on similar terms.

happy coaching!

I understand folks not wanting to get burned with another subscription to a magazine that doesn't publish regularly, but do you folks understand how much it would cost to have to bill customers for every issue?  The only way it would even be close to feasible would be to require recurring electronic payments either ACH or credit cards.

I used to run a business that charged a recurring fee every month.  It cost between 75 cents and $1 per customer to send a monthly bill.  Costs included postage, paper, envelopes (2), and labor.  We then had to hassle with the 5 to 10% that never paid their bill or only paid after you threatened to cut them off.

I don't see how you could only charge after printing or after each person receives their magazine, needs to be paid up front. This being said though, said it before, been there, done that. Trust is lost.
I won't throw my money away on that gamble again.....unless maybe I regularly get each of the 12 magazines I already paid for and without more gaps or interruptions to demonstrate a fairly stable organization and if they are of decent quality. Note: I really didn't have too many serious issues with the magazine quality.....when I got it.

In the ongoing saga of the mag we all used to love, there have been many not so good remarks on here about lost money, missed issues, etc. I have had my share of complaints as well. I received a box today via the post office with the back issues that I had paid for from them. So folks hope is not all lost!!!!! They still do not understand the art of communication, won't return phone calls or emails but just out of the blue my missing issues arrived today. I assume Kelly sent them but I don't know. Anyway thanks to whoever sent them. Many thanks.
