Awning question for Gary Seay (Seayfam)

Gary I was looking at some pictures of your bus. Is the awning you have a carefree and when it opens does it come straight out? I am doing some things on my 15 and I am going to use Carefree. I bought a window awning and was able to see how it works. I will be mounting a patio awning ( could not afford one now) but I need to know if it opens straight out or comes out at a downward angle. If it comes out at a downward angle how far does it come down in about the first 6 inches? By the way nice bus you have.

It is a Carefree Mirage. Not very cheap, but I really like it. Mine is set up to not angle down very much. It does drain the water plenty good though. I always try to put it away at night and when I'm not going to be around for awhile. The wind sencors work really good though.
