hvac hose ducting

Anyone have a lead on hvac hose ducting for 1989 Eagle - size is 3.5" ID. 

I've tried using 4.0" but, the stiff wire inside the hose prevents any reasonable sealing around the 3.5" flange. 

Also, could use a couple finished type vents in the same configuration.

That is automotive size find you a Clevaflex dealer or have a shop make you reducers
