Saw the pics of the bus your looking at on ebay.  Needs work, but the price seems right based on his description.   I always liked the 04 but the engine was an issue, so I bought a 4106.  Both are good buses but I like how someone stated the 06 is the sports car of buses because it has a V8 and a 4 speed   Good luck on your offer.

Don't wait on replacing (or having replaced) that air bag.

I keep putting mine off and it blew on me while out of town.  I looked like a large porpoise going down the highway.  Very hard to keep it under control and I couldn't drive it over 30MPH.

As the other guys said, it's not that hard to change the airbag compaired to some of the other jobs that will "pop up" later.

Good luck if you get the bus and drive it as often as possible.
