Maybe we have just been lucky, but our PressurePro system uses valve cap sensors that send a signal to a dash mounted monitor panel.  We have had the sensors on our coach and Jeep for about 6-7 years and never had a problem with theft.  Knocking on wood as I write this LOL.
Personally, I prefer the system that has a monitor inside the coach that enables me to discover a leak that develops as we are driving (running over a nail), but my system was more expensive.  Jack

We use the Cat's Eye which doesn't use any kind of battery at all.  But-on my bus I use Pressure Pro on both the bus and the towed.  Works well and have had the sensors for many years and they still work.  Good Luck, TomC
