Is this wall structural??

I am building my generator set, which is going in the former HVAC bay behind the
fuel tank in my 4905. I gutted everything out, but left the "half wall" that
runs from front to back about 3' in from the driver's side. I would really like
to take it out, but it kind of looks structural, as it is fastened on both sides
with some hefty rivets.

If it is structural, I was thinking of removing most of it and replacing it with
a "picture frame" using 2x2 tubing and gusseting the corners, but it would
obviously be a lot easier just to grind off the rivets, and chuck the thing.

Any and all thoughts and ideas are appreciated!!

Some are called, some are sent, some just got up and went.
