Planing new year calender . Resolution this year : attend at least two. And visit other busnuts during or road travels.  Would be willing to help with one in Ind/KY/Ill area.(any intrest ?)

That's good to hear. There is hope!  May be more shorter trips this year for us and rallies you get to meet great people. Will help with what I can do. Would try on my own but don't really know how. Bob

We have a wonderful trip "planned" that will take us to Ohio to do some more genealogy work, and then to KY and TN to visit some customers/friends.  No timetable.  Maybe we will have to plan around a rally at your place???

If you are asking for a vote, April is not good for us, but Oct. would be great

Since we are not planning any trade shows this year (RV market/rally attendance is in the toilet and fuel prices will only make it worse), we have some great flexibility.

I'll most likely have one in the fall around October if I have one at all.
That said it has worked out that is about the time all 3 I've had were, and they were held every other yr. So that being the case this is the year to have one. Hopefully I can get it somewhat better organized an take it to an annual event! instead of a bi-annual event.

I have my eye on our local Community Center or National Guard Armory as possible locations for it. I can see both of them from the back of our lot, and if we had a bridge across the creek they would be REAL easy to walk too! (the walk still wouldn't be bad the other way except there is about 150' of US 70 and a guardrail to contend with) Both are right across from each other and a nice city park that has pavilions w/picnic tables (I could play YOGI BEAR and raid "PIC A NIC BASKETS!" )

I'll need to talk to the city and see what kinda fees we would be looking at to use the Community Center (preferred location) and my guess the would be we could offer up a donation to the "GUARD" and be allowed to use theirs.
Either way these two locations are the best suited spots I know of so far. Our lot get's real cramped with just 5-6 buses here which is why I was looking across the creek! (literally!) Also if we start using either of these locations their will be PLENTY of room for expansion!
