4106 wing vent to body rubber seals

The 61 4106 driver and door side windows open up kind of like the old wing vent windows. However the rubber seal they close against is crumbling away. These are the seals  that slip over the edge of the body around the window opening. Anyone know where replacements can be obtained?

I just bought some bay door hinges and a few other goodies for my '62 4106.  John Allen of busfixx.com was the place.  Took quite a while to get the stuff, but I think there was some special ordering for the fuel sender.  Sounds like a nice guy and knew what I needed for my fuel tank sender and gauge. Ed
