Marcos, a Eagle is not a MCI totally different construction ,steel for a Eagle been there done that with fiberglass from R&M on a Eagle looks like crap in the heat here in AZ

The fiberglass is not that light is it? The 4x8 sheets i have worked with in the past were heavy. I think they were 3/16 thick.

I used 16' long sheets of t6061. Joints are milled to be completely flush. Slight bow in middle for strength. As Clifford said it is tough to keep flat.!! The sun heats up the sides quick. I have some movement even after foam.
