I don't receive or send a lot of PMs, but I am not aware of anyone complaining via other channels that they didn't receive my PM.

It's definitely a case of individual to individual because I have actually received a couple messages tonight. It just seems to be the ones from Don that don't make it to me but it's ok we're using email instead.
