Here is a u-tube on power treatments and their false claims, I know it is not what you are using, but the rest are similar.  I read in motor trend, where you ask the expert a question article, but could not find it, anyway, Tom said that he has yet to find any additive that performs.  Take it for what it is worth, I am no expert and just passing on what I have read and seen.  If you don't want to watch it, they test 4 power additives and basically they all reduced power by approx. 2%

5th Gear - Myth about fuel additives

Detroit explicitly recommends against any aftermarket fuel additives unless you are experiencing gelling.

If you do not already have it, you should download a copy of Detroit's publication 7SE270, "Lubricating Oil, Fuel, and Filters," available here:

http://www.detroitdiesel.com/pdf/vocations/Lube-Oil-Fuel-Requirements.pdf

This is the definitive guide to what fuel, lube oil, filters, and additives you should or should not use in your Detroit two-stroke.  Note that the publication also covers their four-stroke engines, so pay careful attention to which sections and tables you are looking at.
