Yep, still dealing with the Gillig Phantom no start.  I've been out with frikkin' pnuemonia for the past  6 weeks or so and haven't given the Gillig Phantom transit bus a second thought.  So now I'm back at it.  Just wondering if anyone knows what the IPC Relay in the drivers overhead console is for.

IF it ain't broke, don't fix it.  But then again, if it's on your bus...do some damned maintenance to it.  It'll break eventually.
