I am looking for pictures of showers in your GMC Buffalo. I have decided
against using ceramic tile so am looking for ideas for using shower wall panels
or cutting down a ready-made stall to fit the curve of the roofline.

Pictures would be great but any ideas that have worked would be welcome.

Why not tile?
Put a ceramic tile shower in a Buffalo in 1995 and its still in great shape today, with its second owner.

Tom Y,

I really like your idea...do you happen to know what shower stall you  purchased (model number, brand), where, and what size are you putting in.

Thanx

BC,

Pictures of the shower in my 4905.

The pan is a purchased 32"x32".

I used fiberglass to cover the wood walls of the shower.  I believe I just used liquid nails to glue it to the wood and the building the rest of the shower allowed screws through the fiberglass in several areas to reinforce it to the walls.

I checked into buying pre-made glass shower panels and cutting them to size, but they are hardened for safety, and having a manufacture cut them to size, or customer make them, was too expensive for me.

Soooo.....I bought some clear (I believe 1/4") lexan panels.  The cost was not bad at all.  Lexan is very tough but you can cut it with a saw blade and also drill it with a drill bit.

I got some 1/4" aluminum channel, drilled and attached it to the fiberglass, then placed the lexan into the channels and side drilled and attached with stainless screws and nuts.  I hope that makes sense.

I have attached pictures and if you have questions please don't hesitate to ask.
