Dallas and I just had a visit from a bus nut from the board.  Rod, RWC, came over from Temple to meet us and we had a really nice visit.  Today it was just Rod but, hopefully, the next time his wife will be able to come with him.  We always have the coffee pot on for any bus nut that wants to come by.

Sorry I didn't get time to come visit but with the rain forecast I headed home but will stop to see you and Dallas when I go back at the end of Nov.

i was almost wondering if i should read this on a sunday.   

always nice to see friends, glad you enjoyed the visit.  if you guys are still NW of houston, maybe we can try again this year in january.

Actually the treat was mine. I got  to see a great old bus and sit and talk buses with Dallas. Fred even let me scratch his neck. Thanks Cat and Dallas for being such gracious host. Thanks for the jump start to get me back on road also.  The Vulcan will probable be getting new battery soon. Will bring an extra helmet next time.   ROD
