come on Bryce, I thought you had a growing relationship with Setra...after all, they set you up with a loaner, didn't they?

Yes they did! And let's see that loaner cost us a good customer right off the bat because it shook terribly on their way home from Myrtle Beach, SC.
Then it caused us more grief several days later on a 3 day 12 bus move when NONE of the farmers we were hauling would ride on it and one even told my dad "that white bus yer boy drives is nice, BUT WE GOT JOHN DEERE TRACTORS THAT RIDE BETTER THAN IT DOES!"
Then the next day it cost us more $ by breaking down on the way to pick up a group. (brakes locked up at a stop light!)

And on top of all that we had to make 6 trips back and forth swapping it out AT OUR EXPENSE! (they even charged us for the fuel they said they put in our bus when they test drove it!)
So in all we were out 12 days travel, $3,000 in fuel, $400 in hotel rooms, $1120 driver pay (when I took a co-driver,  and meals, & etc.

OK and now all this was supposedly so they could do all the re-call stuff that had to be done! but we haven't found where they did ANY thing they said was going to be done. And they "found" this & that that needed repaired @ our costs!

So no I ain't real pleased @ this moment!
