Is it safe to move?

We are putting together a hitch similar to Gumpys pictures, We have the bumper and the aluminum bumper bracket that goes from one side of the rear to the other (the 5 ft bracket that bolts to both sides) removed. Is it safe to move, could I do any damage to moving the bus with these removed? I will not be taking the coach on the road, just relocating it on the property?
